Hi all! I’m looking for one person to fill one bedroom in a 3-bed, 1.5-bath apartment for a one-year lease (July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026). About the unit (~1200 sq/ft):
About the roommates (1 male, 1 female): We are both 28 and work full-time M-F. We are both more on the introverted side and are very respectful of each other and shared living spaces. Both of us are highly creative people, very laid-back and easy-going. I also have an adorably sweet cat named Mao, so loving animals is a must for our new roommate. We will consider additional pets on a case-by-case basis but prefer to not add to the mix.
