My lease is ending May 1st and we are looking for someone to sign up for the new year long lease with my other two roommates. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment is right by the L/M trains at Myrtle-Wyckoff Ave. Electric and wifi bills are separate from the rent. Please DM if interested.
