Tips for Super Picky Bushwick Apartment Search

Oh I’m gonna get sooo much snark for this….maybe not….

I want a two bedroom with split rooms – split bedrooms meaning the bedrooms are on opposing sides of the apartment. I want to pay $3500 to $4000 a month. Near L train Morgan/Jefferson/Wyckoff. I want the apartment to be quiet/quietish. Second, third or fourth floor. That’s it. Wait. There’s something more.

I want someone who has NEVER heard of Joe Rogan.
