So I (43m) just finished a time trial in week 3 of Coach Amy’s HM plan and when I looked at the next week’s worth of workouts, my paces stayed the same even though I PRed my mile time by 40 seconds, I have the same long run I did last week, and I have another time trial scheduled for next Tuesday. Does any of this seem strange? If it helps with context, it’s my first half but I have over a decade of running under my belt so I set a time goal of 1:58 which I’m pretty confident I can hit. submitted by /u/therealme4 to r/Garmin |
