this morning the L train @MTA @NYCTSubway emergency exit at covert and wyckoff was LOCKED & a mom w/ baby in a stroller could not enter after they paid the fair. this meant she had to take her baby up the stairs to walk two long blocks to the other entrance at halsey. WTF MTA?
