The TIME SCALE on that LOCAL WYCKOFF is a BULLISH DREAM ZENARIO… The Timing is Tough, but I would think that if $BTC recovers, or stabilizes above $19,000, that ALTS will Puff Up a bit, from the 1% GAIN, and the Dominance gained by ALTS TRADERS coming back into a STABLE GAME.
