Available May 5th as a 3-month sublet with the option to renew through July 31st. First month’s rent and full security deposit due on move-in. Utilities run $150-$200/month depending on heat/AC, and 500Mbps Verizon Fios is included. Your roommate will be Alex, a close friend of mine who I can vouch for completely. He’s 29, an art teacher and painter, cooks, keeps things calm, and occasionally has friends over but never rowdy. You’ll get to meet him before anything is finalized to make sure you guys vibe.
