Walking distance from Maria Hernandez park, Myrtle Wyckoff, Jefferson etc. The unit is a 3bed / 1 bathroom and the rent is $1,300 for the room. There are currently two men living here, both working professionals (one is a designer and the other is real estate agent). There is a small dog in the apartment.
