Hi everyone! I just moved out of my old apartment and looking for someone to take over my room as a sublet until the lease is up at the end of August. It’s a really awesome spot and I would’ve stayed there had I not found an even better spot. – 5br, 3BA but only 3 roommates (so 4 people total). 3 other roommates are male, in their early 20’s, very social and relaxed – Room has an en-suite bathroom – Comes furnished with full sized bed – $1700 per month (give or take about $120ish for utilities)($1500 deposit) Amenities include: – Massive rooftop with rooftop access – In building washer/dryer – Decent little gym with some dumbbells and cardio equipment – two hangout lounges (and an apartment community that’s always looking to make it even better) Looking for someone: – who makes roughly 35-40x (depending on your current employment, credit, etc) – can move in February 1st (some possible light flexibility) – can stay until the end of the lease – probably a bit more social as roommates are slight night owls and hangout in living room a lot (though not required as I am very introverted and stayed in my room a lot) If this sounds like a good fit for you please shoot me a DM telling me about yourself, your current employment, and reasoning for wanting to move and we can go from there! submitted by /u/Old_Individual4364 to r/NYCapartments |
