Hi! Looking for roommates in a newly gut renovated apartment in Bushwick (first residents so completely new). Huge kitchen (dishwasher, stove, microwave, big fridge), large living room. There is also a giant private backyard that is very nice and closed off. And a completely empty basement that is massive (thinking of making it a shared workspace, hang out space, etc). Unit is 4B/3b total.

• Lifestyle: social, active, wants to be friends, no smoking in the apartment

• price: $1500
• size: medium w/ closet. Enough to fit a double bed
• shared: bathroom with 1 other person
• common areas: living room, kitchen, private backyard, massive basement (we can discuss what we want there)

Location:

• Bushwick right off Wyckoff and Myrtle – 3 minute walk from the L and M (~25 min to Manhattan). We have food bazar and tons of grocery and food options close by.
