I coded an indicator called ‘Seasons’ the photo below is for the mobile option I added. It essentially splits the market into 4 phases similar to Wyckoff, but in this case it also provides statistics for each of the 4 phases. If you do not like to do complicated chart analysis then this indicator is for you! Step 1: – Determine if the price consistently goes up during a certain phase for example Spring. Step 2: – Guarantee it’ll still be Spring in the next few bars. To do Step 1: – Look at the win rate (the win rate is not a probability) it is a stat based on historical performance. To do Step 2: – Look at the progression of the phase. Look at the expected length in bars of the phase (for example Spring). We would want to enter in the beginning of the spring so like bar 1 through 3, when the average Spring lasts for example 15 bars. I passed a funded challenge using this indicator very quickly but I want more testers to see if its really as OP as it seems.
