Scammer on Myrtle between Wyckoff and Myrtle

I’ve run into this woman around 8 or 9 times so far, always on Myrtle Ave, usually near the blink fitness. She is a thin white woman with large eyes, usually wearing a mask. She approaches you looking absolutely distraught, and if you ask what’s wrong she’ll begin typing on her phone. She writes that she’s escaping an abusive household and needs money and your phone. I’ve never given her either since I’m not stupid. Wondering if anyone else has had an encounter with her or knows what’s the deal?
