Hi, I am considering purchasing a condo on Hancock between Cypress and Wyckoff. I am not super familiar with the area, but it seemed safe enough during the day on the occasions I’ve visited. Mostly would like feedback about the relative safety of this area, but any other helpful tidbits would be welcomed! I do not have a car, so parking is not a concern. Tia!
