RT @leveragedegen: as someone who just loves price charts, $CEI is still one of my favorites. I’ve said for a while now it’s the closest thing to a Wyckoff accumulation pattern I’ve seen in a real chart. I’ve also said for a while now that we’ve yet to see a true spring. $0.25 is my target.
