Hello! One roommate needed to take the smaller room in our third floor apartment, (top floor, roof access!) signing Sep 1st for a 1 year lease! The location is amazing; 3 blocks from myrtle-wyckoff station with access to M and L trains, 1.5 blocks away from Food Bazarr (open 24hrs), 3 different laundromats within a 2 block radius (no in unit laundry unfortunately), across the street from bushwick playground so food trucks literally outside your front porch every weekend! About me; I’m a musician, filmmaker/actor, bartender (I’m not loud when I come home late don’t worry), I’m clean, very talkative, and I like star wars and vhs tapes. About other roommate; musician, writer, barista/server, very easygoing, also clean and organized, likes russian literature and punk/hardcore shows. The room available also has the only fire escape access and access to the backyard!
