Room w/ en suite bath

My roommate is moving out of our rent stabilized 2b/2bath apartment on June 1. W/D and dishwasher in unit, lots of closets and storage space, the room faces the backyard and has a private full en suite bath. Rent is 1550 and you’ll need to be added to the lease, the landlord is very chill and responsive, never had any major issues and I’ve lived here for 2 years.

Across from bakeri on Woodward and Cornelia, 4 min to the forest M and 11 to Myrtle wyckoff.

The whole apartment is electric so there’s just an electric bill and WiFi bill no gas.

I’m a 30 yr old lesbian, recent law school grad studying for the bar and working as a paralegal. Im super busy and not home very often and i go out a lotttt because i used to work in nightlife. I have two cats so no dogs but we might be able to do one more cat! And I prefer to live with someone who doesn’t smoke inside like on the regular. I cook pretty much all my meals at home and love to share 🙂 queer people to the front but I’ll live with anyone who has a good vibe!
