Hi everyone!! I’m looking for someone to take over a room (130 sq ft) in my Bushwick apartment, 5m away from L train Dekalb station and M train Knickerbocker station. 20m away from the City! Cross streets are Wyckoff Ave. and Harman St. Very spacious 3rd floor apartment with living room, tall ceilings, and lots of light (has a skylight!). Multiple laundromats around the corner. You’ll be living with 1 roommate (me!). About me: Leon (30), have lived in this apartment for 4 years. I’m an Editor working from home for a literary and arts non-profit. I’m very chill but very friendly, though I tend to do my own thing. But I’m always down to hang! I’m not huge on always having people over, but I’m more than happy to have the occasional get together. Looking for someone who can pick up after themselves and open to a cleaning schedule.
