move in june 1st, rent is 1400 (heat and water included). seeking someone for the full lease (1 year). ive lived here for two years already and i love it! the room (dm for more pictures) is medium sized with plenty of room for a queen size, a desk, and has a closet. its away from the street so its quieter and it has a direct door onto the patio. it will be unfurnished so bring your stuff (living room is furnished already but can be changed depending on what we decide together). the apartment is walking distance from three subway stations so perfect if you have a commute outside of brooklyn (myrtle-wyckoff, knickerbocker, and gates all walking distance) and also walking distance from many great bars and clubs (special shoutout to nowadays). as for the apartment itself, it’s on the first floor, there’s a backyard (yes an actual backyard!), exposed brick inside, a dishwasher, and plenty of space. about me—im 24 and love music, my friends, books, and pokemon. i stay busy and out and about most weeknights and weekends but come in quietly! i enjoy having friends over and throwing the occasional themed party. i work in data analysis for a nonprofit and work from home 2-3 days a week. i am not bothered with minor clutter but prefer a weekly chore schedule to keep common areas clean. noise never bothers me and tbh most things don’t bother me. message me with any questions if youre interested. queer preferred but like, its bushwick, so you probably are anyways. submitted by /u/deja-yoshimi-dropout to r/NYCapartments |
