room for rent in ridgewood on bushwick border

Hello! my 4 roommates and i are looking for a 5 th person to sign the lease with us (beginning july 1 but may be an opportunity to move in sometime in june) its me, 26f, 2 guys (one mid twenties, the other 35, and one girl who is 32) we’re all very clean and this is not a party house. we like to create a place that is comfortable and relaxing to come home to. we enjoy hanging out together in the living room but also like our alone time as well. most of us are out of the house until the evening, and we preferably want a person similar to that. its close to myrtle wyckoff or dekalb and on the bushwick border, its a really great location. washer and dryer in unit!! preferably no pets but a cat may be okay. let me know if you’re interested and i can send pictures of the room/rest of the apartment. i believe the room is $930 a month.
