It’s a 4th-floor walkup, which offers privacy and a bit of a workout! Cross streets are Evergreen Ave/Woodbine St. It’s an 8-minute walk to the J train (Gates Ave), 15-minute walk to the L/M train (Myrtle-Wyckoff). B52 bus is 2 blocks away. The unit comes with central A/C, a dishwasher, and in-building laundry. Utilities + internet usually come to around $70-85/month. Your roommates (1 girl, 1 guy) are both young professionals who WFH twice a week! Must be LGBTQ+ friendly, no pets unfortunately. The room overlooks the backyard and can fit a full-size bed and desk.
