Hey All, I’m Connor and I’m looking to fill a room in Bushwick! You might have seen my post before, the person who wanted it backed out last minute so I’m back! Looking to fill this by June 15th or so! (approval takes about a week or so) About the apartment: It’s the first floor unit of a two-unit house. Quiet residential area and short walk to fun on Broadway & Knickerbocker. Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms (the half bathroom is attached to your potential room). Spacious living room and big kitchen with tons of cabinet space. In-Wall AC units in living room & your room. No dishwasher unfortunately, coin-op laundry and dryer in basement. Really nice home feel to the place with a gate and staircase that leads right up to the front door. The place is right in the middle between Gates J stop & Knickerbocker M stop (bout 7-8min walk) and only a little further to the Myrtle-Wyckoff L. As far as the common space goes I’m happy to redecorate and move things around to our collective liking. The couch, TV & shelf will be leaving so the living room will be a more or less a blank canvas for us to fill out. I’m looking for a person who’s clean & chill to take the space. I’m easy going, play board games & video games and watch a ton of great (and terrible) TV & Movies.
