Ridgewood/Bushwick – Live/work

Hi everyone and HNY! –

I’m looking for a roommate to rent two rooms in my apartment just off of Wyckoff close to Halsey starting February 1st. Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s available:

• Rent: $1900/month for the two rooms
• Rooms: One room is 8′ x 11′ and has a closet, and the other room is 11′ x 17.’ They both get great natural light, especially the larger one which has a big bay window (plants thrive in that room.) The ceiling height in both are roughly 12.’ The two rooms share a doorway and there is a private entrance to the space.

Apartment Features: You would be sharing the rest of the apartment (sunny kitchen, medium-sized living room, and a bathroom) with one other roommate: myself. There are plenty of little closets and extra storage spaces which are one of my personal favorite features of this apartment, in addition to the natural light. A lot of families reside here in the neighborhood, so there is a real domestic, and tranquil air to the street by comparison with others here in Bushwick.

The rooms are available starting Feb. 1. I’m interested in keeping a clean, quiet, cozy apartment as a functional abode. I consider myself to be respectful and clean, though without being manic about it, and am seeking someone of similar disposition. I rarely have guests over though I don’t mind if you have an occasional dinner guest or visitor. I like living here quite a bit and am interested in finding someone who is similarly attracted to the place.
