The layout offers flexibility to comfortably separate your sleeping and working areas. The room facing the street is 12×12, has a private entrance from the apartment, and has a closest. The connected middle room is 9×14 with no closet & connects to the common living room & kitchen. You would have a full private bathroom separate from your bedrooms. The apartment includes an in-unit all-in-one washer and dryer combo, and a dishwasher. The space gets great natural light and has a flexible layout that works especially well for someone balancing living and working from home. The apartment is conveniently located in Ridgewood, just a five-minute walk to the Seneca Avenue M train and a nine-minute walk to the Myrtle–Wyckoff Avenue L train.
