Available April 1, 2026 (long term sublet)

I’m looking to sublet a large, street-facing room connected to an additional private room in a classic three-bedroom, two-bath railroad-style apartment with beautiful hardwood floors. The space includes two connected rooms, making it perfect for someone who wants extra room to spread out — whether for a dedicated home office, creative studio, lounge area, or simply additional living space. The layout offers flexibility to comfortably separate your sleeping and working areas. The room facing the street is 12×12, has a private entrance from the apartment, and has a closest. The connected middle room is 9×14 with no closet & connects to the common living room & kitchen. You would have a full private bathroom separate from your bedrooms.

The apartment includes an in-unit all-in-one washer and dryer combo, and a dishwasher. The space gets great natural light and has a flexible layout that works especially well for someone balancing living and working from home.

The apartment is conveniently located in Ridgewood, just a five-minute walk to the Seneca Avenue M train and a nine-minute walk to the Myrtle–Wyckoff Avenue L train. The B38 bus is on the corner and the Q58 bus is one block away. The neighborhood offers easy access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and cafes.

The sublet is available starting April 1, 2026. Monthly rent is $2,200 with a $2,200 security deposit. First month’s rent and the security deposit are required at move-in. I’m looking for a responsible and reliable individual.

I’m a 38-year-old male working in healthcare with a demanding schedule that includes 12-hour shifts and alternating weekends on at work.

I value a clean, tidy, and respectful living environment, especially in the common areas, and I’m looking for someone who feels the same. I’ve been a non-drinker for over seven years and prefer not to bring any party home. That said, I’m completely fine if you drink or keep alcohol in the apartment — I just appreciate a calm, low-key atmosphere.

Water, heat, and gas are included in the rent.

Internet and electricity are split.

No current pets, no new pets, & no smoking.

Send me a message with any questions or for further information.
