My roommate is moving out to join other pals for something a wee bit cheaper so I am filling his room 🙂 📍3 minutes to Myrtle-wyckoff In the middle of bustling bushwick: you can walk to most things you need in 10 minutes or less. It isn’t a quiet area but it’s a lively one! Le pointe is literally our neighbor. 💵 $1300 + utilities (around $120 w/ WiFi), offered a 1.5 year lease last signing. Ready May 1-15 🏠 friendly, communicative, ambivert who generally keeps to themself while preferring an amicable rapport. I love to cook and always have too much! I work for the city animal shelter so usually pretty busy and not one to bring any parties home. 📝 major bummer about the unit is that one side faces a brick wall so your room and the living room have little to no natural light. We spend time on the roof or the fire escape when the outdoors is enjoyable 🐕 I have a medium size dog who is always eager to add people to the pack.
