Hi! 24M and 23M, re-signing on our lease because our 3rd roommate is moving out. Looking for another early-mid 20s male to sign onto lease ASAP. You would be renting bedroom pictured (dimensions in last picture) for $1100/month + ~$35/month utilities + $8/month wifi. You would be sharing the bathroom pictures with my roommate (I pay more for use of second bathroom, however anyone is welcome to use if needed). Lease is a full year lease through end of August 2024 – no short term availability. The apartment is 2 blocks from the Seneca Ave M stop, and is an 8 minute walk to the Myrtle/Wyckoff L stop (also accessible by the M). Apartment is 2 blocks from Bushwick! Apartment has a dishwasher, in building laundry (basement), central A/C (separately controlled from each room), fully furnished common area and fully stocked kitchen – feel free to add to furniture or kitchen of course! Thinking about switching around layout of the living room, you would be included in that conversation 🙂 Roommates: I work a hybrid professional job in midtown, WFH Monday/Friday from my room. I like to climb, surf, cook, add to my record collection, play video games, go to the movies, etc. Roommate is an actor, soccer coach, and soccer commentator. He enjoys cooking, books, playing soccer, etc. both very amenable roommates (however we do value cleanliness), all good with drinking, 4/20 as long as it’s outside (I participate in both).
