I’ll be moving out of my 3bed/3bath apartment in Bushwick on May 1st. It’s a 2-3 minute walk from the L/M on the Myrtle-Wyckoff station, which takes roughly 40 minutes to Grand Central / Midtown area.

• $1300 for the month of May (+utilities)
• Security deposit equal to 1 month rent
• May move-in, renewal in June ($1400/month upon renewal)
• 2 friendly and clean roommates in their mid/late 20s

I will prorate the May rent if you are able to move in before May 15th.
