lookong for a room in Bushwick

I am 30 year old girl coming back to the city. I have lived there before but left for a bit for personal reasons. I am looking for a room for me and potentially my cat, with a private bath. This is to avoid any bathroom conflicts as I am extra clean. I cant sign a lease until a get a job but I have plenty of savings and can provide roommate references. I would to prefer to live around Wyckoff. But if there is something inbetween broadway and lets say, woodward Ave, it is also okay. Thanks.
