Looking for third roommate for 8/1 Move-in

Hey, myself (24M) and another person (23M) are looking for a third roommate for a 8/1 move in. We are ideally looking to stay in Brooklyn and aiming for a 40 min max commute into midtown Manhattan. Our budget is 1300-1600 each and while we are still looking around on Zillow we are also considering renewing the lease on my current 3bd/2bath in Ridgewood a few blocks from Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M trains. We both work 9-5 hybrid schedules and will be working from home in our bedrooms a couple days a week. Looking for somebody clean, relatively quiet, and open to becoming friends but certainly fine if we each do our own thing. Please send me a message if interested!
