I took a room and 2 rooms are left $1225 (double window queen room ) —(fire-escape queen room)$1175

There is a dishwasher, gas stove, laundry in building two washers and two dryers!! there’s also a couple laundromats on the block. Please, serious enquiries only I’m looking to move between the 15th or 25th!! I’m okay with pets.🥰 Requirements is 680+ minimum score and income should be 47k+

About me: Kale, male (26) lived in the city for over 10 years. I currently work as a home health aide and hair artist. I tend to keep to myself, but would be happy to spend time with my roommates and get to know each other! For cleanliness, I like to keep things friendly and comfortable for the next person to use the space. Picking up after yourself is the most important to me. Would be open to a cleaning schedule/arrangement. When I’m not at work I will probably be spending time with my partner or in my room. I’m a pretty laid back person and don’t go out or party. I like to play video games, do art, and I love music!
