Hi everyone! My two roommates are moving out end of June and I’m looking for roommates to fill their spots.
🏡 Apartment details
• 3BR | 2 1/2 Bath, one bath being en-suite (room I will be in). Two floors.
• The other two rooms share a bathroom, another half bath downstairs.
• In-house washer/dryer (same floor as our rooms, very convenient)
• Dishwasher, gas stove, gorgeous kitchen in general tbh.
• Centralized A/C for the apartment and each individual room
• Back patio and small front patio
• About 12 minutes to Myrtle Wyckoff L/M and Halsey J.
💰 Cost
• Total rent is $6200, the split of which we can definitely discuss. As I’ll be in the en-suite, I’ll be paying more and we can adjust depending on our needs (I’d say range for your room between 1700-2000)
• Utilities approx. $~100-120/month
📆 Timing & requirements
• Move-in: July 1st
• Hoping to sign a full 1 year lease
• Income approx. 35-40x rent of room splits but the LL/building manager is decently flexible and he’ll be the one to discuss with you about what you need for approval (really can’t stress enough how wonderful he is)
👋 About Me
• 29, Bi, Male (mentioning this because you should probably be LGBTQ+ friendly at least lol)
• Quiet, clean, responsible
• Work full time at a university and also a Grad student there
• Truly incredibly boring, I’m somewhat introverted and spend most of my time playing video games, going to the gym, watching movies and hanging out with friends.
• I’m a bed by like 11pm type of person bc I don’t have that dog in me anymore
🙏 Looking for
• Roommates who really prioritize quiet. This apartment is so peaceful & very calm and I really don’t want to lose that. Especially in the evenings.
• Roommates who care about keeping social spaces clean and rock with a cleaning schedule.
• It would be great if we could be friends but truly if you’re someone who just wants to exist together and be cordial with each other and that’s all- more than ok with that.
