We our three guys in our late 20s & early 30s looking for a fourth roommate to join us in signing a one-year lease for a 4-BR apartment in Ridgewood.
The apartment is near the Halsey and Myrtle-Wyckoff stations. There is laundry in the building, dishwasher, gym, rooftoop, and central heat/AC. Pets allowed.
We are looking for someone who is easygoing, clean, respectful, and pet friendly (there will be a cat and a dog). LGBTQ+ friendly. We don’t have any hard preferences regarding age, gender, or work schedule. Great if you’re down to socialize and hang out a bit, but also fine if you prefer to keep to yourself!
Two of us work 9-5 jobs and the other has a more flexibile schedule.
The requirements are pretty straightforward (680+ credit, 40x income, guarantors accepted). They are asking first month + deposit. There is an agent but no broker fee.
