[Looking for] Roommate for $1,750 BF of duplex in bushwick

Hello! Looking for a roommate for the Basement Floor of our shared apartment in Bushwick. Rent for your space would be $1750/month + utilities.

Currently, I’m looking for (1) person to take the downstairs basement level of my duplex.. Entrance is shared. Kitchen is shared. Rent is 3.5k total. We’d split rent and bills half way. You’d have your own bathroom and access to the backyard. The floor is a 800+ sq. ft. open floor plan so it’s a lot of space. It’s 10 minutes from the Myrtle-Wyckoff L and Knickerbocker M. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and the community garden is directly across the street. Two laundry mats are close by. All the usual Bushwick revelry is 15 min away.

All in all, the space is very charming and suitable for someone who wants to make it their own. Putting pictures here so you know what we’re working with!
