Hi future roomie! I’m looking for an emotionally mature roommate to sign a 1-year lease. No cats/dogs or couples or Tr*mp supporters please. This Bushwick 2BR 1 bath apartment (available 7/1) has: • in-unit laundry Utilities: Subways: I’m a 33-year-old female native New Yorker who works full time 9 to 5 hybrid (tuesday/thursday in office) as an editor. I’ve curated the apartment with art and comfy furniture and really feel at peace and at home here. I’ve lived here for 5 years and love it. I’m a great communicator, respectful, clean, and considerate and I’m seeking the same. I really prioritize making the apartment a quiet and calm space and being considerate with noise. If it seems like a match, I will ask for one reference from a person you’ve lived with (just need their phone number). The superintendent and management are responsive. You’ll need to demonstrate 40x income or guarantor with 80x income. Rent is $1550.87 plus a one-time application fee of $25. Your bedroom will come unfurnished. I like to both chill in my room and go out and have adventures and take walks. My hobbies include reading, baking, thrifting, and picking up litter (sometimes with Bushwick Litter Pickers). I cook at least 3 meals a week at home. I have friends over a few times a month but it’s not a party apartment by any means. If I’m listening to music, I try to keep a respectful volume and hope that you do the same. I have never really been much of a drinker but it’s okay with me if you drink socially!
