Hello, my name is Elvis. My roommate and I are looking for a new person to sign the upcoming lease that will start on the 09/01/2025 because Our third roommate is relocating due to geographical reasons. Me : I am a 23 years old Fashion model, entrepreneur who has been living in the city for up to 10 months now. I am really clean, neat and communicative. My Second roommate: He is 20 years old, he is a student in Engineering and a tutor part time. He is barely at home and in his room most of the time. Really chill guy, clean with no dramas. About the Apartment : The apartment is on the fourth floor in a renovated building. A 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Brooklyn Bushwick. The B52 stop is right in front of the Building. The place is 8minutes of walk to the J/Z train station and a 15 minutes walk to the Myrtle Wyckoff L/M train station. The area is safe and quiet with a lot of grocery stores ( Foodtown, FoodBazaar). There is a laundry/ dryers on the first floor and a rooftop with a gorgeous view. Who We are looking for : We are open for any gender, mostly for someone in their 20’s who is clean, neat, friendly, communicative and who will be respectful of the common space. Someone who has a guarantor they are really confident about. You would apply online through the building’s management. You need a good credit score and some financial documents will be requested.
