❣️ BUSHWICK – October 1- all female apartment ❣️ 1 bedroom available in a 4/3 (with a shared bathroom) $1100 a month +Con Ed and Fios internet Move in would be October 1 and there would be a deposit of one month’s rent required when we apply/sign. Standard credit/rental history check required. Guarantors accepted. My roommate Teresa and I are looking to fill the final unfurnished room in our Bushwick apartment. We have a good size living room and kitchen. Rooftop access with great sunset views of Manhattan. Central air in all rooms. Dishwasher in the kitchen and shared laundry in the basement. It’s on the 2nd floor so only one flight of stairs. 4 minute walk to Knickerbocker M and 6 minute walk to Myrtle Wyckoff L and M stations. Walking distance to two 24 hour grocery stores, Planet fitness or Blink, Maria Hernandez park, and a ton more. I do have a small senior dog and some very small birds who all stay in my room for the most part so we can’t have additional pets, sorry! 🏠What were ideally looking for in a roommate: Late LATE 20s- Early to mid 30s, young professionals, LGBTQ+ BIPOC friendly, 420 is fine by us (in your room or outside only please) we’d prefer non-cigarette smokers. We’re cool with a couple guests (with advanced notice) just not big parties. We keep a shoes off household! We keep things very clean and tidy and would like someone with the same priorities! 💁♀️About us: Mars- I’m 29, attending cosmetology school, and I work in a restaurant. In my free time, I love thrifting, cafe hopping, and attending concerts and Taylor Swift dance parties 💃 I do have occasional guests, usually 1-2 people and always with notice. I come with my senior dog, Kobe who is a well behaved chiweenie, fully trained, and never potties in the house. His one and only toxic trait is barking when people are at the door, but he warms up pretty quick once they’re in the apartment. The birds stay in my room obviously, and once I turn the lights off at night, they’re radio silence. Teresa- 28, I’m a fundraiser at an arts non profit on a hybrid schedule (usually 2 days home, 3 days in office). Always love seeing live music and finding new bars / restaurants to check out in the area. Usually keep to myself but I always enjoy a chat!
