Looking for 1–2 roommates in Ridgewood (Onderdonk Ave) – $1275, move-in mid-Nov to Dec 1

Hey everyone, I’m Sam (he/him, 37) and I just applied for a room in a great duplex apartment on Onderdonk Ave in Ridgewood. There are two rooms still open, both going for $1,275/month, and I’m hoping to find a couple of easygoing, reliable people to join the place. A bit about me: I work in healthcare HR/IT, mostly in the office during the week but might be hybrid soon. I’m pretty low-key, clean, and considerate — into cycling, hiking, podcasts, baking, and reading. I’m friendly but not loud, and I like having a chill home vibe where everyone’s respectful and can get along well.

About the apartment:

• Two-floor duplex with a good layout and shared common space
• Washer/dryer in unit
• Modern kitchen with stainless appliances and plenty of counter space
• Central heat + A/C
• Shared backyard
• Feels fresh and open with solid light throughout

Location:
The apartment’s on Onderdonk Ave in Ridgewood, close to the M train at Seneca and the L at Myrtle-Wyckoff. It’s a quiet block but surrounded by great local spots like Rolo’s, Onderdonk & Sons, and Julia’s Beer & Wine Bar.

Move-in details:

• $1,275/month per room
• Move-in between November 15 and December 1
• Pets are totally fine
