Windows in every room. Your room has 3. Quiet street. Citi bike hub on our block, 5 min walk to Gates J, 15 min walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M, 12 min walk to Knickerbocker M. Foodtown grocery store right by Gates J. Fully furnished kitchen and living room (everything in the living room photo will still be there except the folding table that I bring out for dinner parties). Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer in basement. Bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment. Your room can fit a queen bed, a desk, a dresser, a bookshelf, and more. It has a closet as well. Roommate is currently in the room but photo from initial tour of the apartment and happy to DM the full apartment tour video. Split AC-heat units in living room and each bedroom. Very charming architecture on the block. I’m in my late 20’s and ideally seeking the same but open-minded for another respectful, considerate, and very tidy roommate. I work in financial services but outside of work I really like cooking, farmers markets, drag shows, and the occasional small dinner party. The apartment will always have cut flowers. I’m at the office 4+ days a week, and after work I am often out seeing a movie, or spending the day in the city on the weekends.
