$IWM Tested 200ma today. At Bearish Cypher PRZ (not pictured to keep chart clean). Cypher can turn into a Shark. Broke above the weekly 30ma for potential early Stage 1 basing. Weekly RS nearing above zero line. May get some minor pulls, watching as more data builds #Wyckoff
