I’m looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s lease, which ends 4/30/2025. Management is looking for someone to sign around 3/10/2025. The unit is a 2 bed, 2 bath in Bushwick, not a far walk from the Myrtle-Wyckoff stop. The available room has an en-suite bathroom, and rent is $1,775 per person, with a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. Move-in date will likely be between April 20th and April 30th. My roommate is open to moving out as early as April 15th if she finds a new place sooner, but if not, expect a move-in closer to the end of April. About me & the space: I’m 25, and love exploring the city, trying new restaurants, going to DJ sets, traveling, working out, DIY projects, photography, and music. I’d love a roommate I’m compatible with—someone I can be cool with beyond just co-existing, a good vibe is important! I have a two-year-old cat named Ypsi who’s super playful. If you’re comfortable keeping an eye on her when I’m occasionally out of town, that would be a plus! I’m 420-friendly in the sense that I don’t personally smoke much, but I don’t mind if someone does respectfully in the apartment. I’m also open to having friends over and creating a cozy, welcoming space.
