I’m in my 30s and work in the film industry. this place is sooo nice, I just finished touring it. *** NO BROKER FEE + RENT STABILIZED** More than anything else, I am looking for someone who is communicative and honest and in favor of discussing issues as they come up. Looking for 2 people to join a lease in a 3bed 2ba new apartment complex in RIDGEWOOD, right off the Myrtle-Wyckoff L. I’ve got a beautiful chatty cat with a lot of personality, who loves people. I’d love to live with another cat if it was the right fit and the right person. I work in the film industry so my schedule is extremely variable – I’m either unemployed or overemployed. I try to stay busy and not just be home all the time even when I’m not working . I’m an extrovert and very social. I love cooking, and having dinners and wine night on occasion. I’d love to be friendly and chill and have movie nights sometime. Looking for roommates who are clean and tidy and wants to build a cozy space together. I have a lot of art and I love to create a bright space with it. There are two bedrooms up the spiral stairs that are able to fit a (tightly) a queen size bed, the second floor has a separate entrance. Has a closet, has windows. Apartment is full of bright light. Apartment is un furnished (I’ll be bringing a lot of pieces of furniture) but we won’t have everything. Laundry in building!!! Brand new machines!! Elevator building!!! Big and nice gym.
