Hey y’all! I’m leaving my cozy studio on Willoughby and Wyckoff (literally 1 minute from the Jefferson stop) on 10/15. I’m helping my landlord (exactly, no broker) finding a new tenant, as my new lease starts on 10/15 and I gave him notice few days ago. The unit is lovely and very spacious, with a huge closet , separate kitchen area, close to EVERYTHING. The L is around the corner (for real). Please let me know if you’re interested and I’ll connect you directly to my landlord, who is a lovely person, always available. Again, no brokers no agents good old style landlord/tenant agreement.
