Hello, I’m Out, im 15, I’m from Italy and this is my first time using Reddit so I apologize in advance if I make some mistakes, as I said my native language is not English so there is a high probability that im gonna make some mistakes while writing this post. I was wondering if I was good enough at trading to start with a prop firm, I have traded for over 5 months in a demo, and spent 5 / 6 days a week min 4- 5 h max 11h 38 min, learning about the market and everything was possible to find: from psychology to Wyckoff to market action theory to Gann, I review bad trades and bad trading day understanding why I did badly in that day and why I lost money in that trade because I believe that there’s always a reason when you lose. I also had a strong background in high-level competitive gaming since I was 12 I used to spend a lot of hours on my pc for playing, until around 8 months ago I just stopped playing because it wasn’t enough difficult, every game I would be playing in a matter of about 3 to 6 month I would be in the top 150 in Europe or 500 worldwide so it wasn’t challenging anymore and one day I decided I needed something more difficult and i started this trading journy i dont really care about money or fame i just wanna be good but trading changed me as a person and i learn to manage capital, so i learn: if you have to risk your own capital you have to be enough sure to have some important data in your hand who is telling you, you have a statistic hedge that will give you enough probability to cover the risk in the long run, to explain it better in an example: if i had only 40% probability to win the challenge i probably wouldn’t do it because 40% is not a high enough i has to be over 51 % to have a statistic hedge, under that is just luck or gambling, and i cannot simply convince my self im good enough, because as i learned the mind can manipulated information and not make you see clear, so to get the most objective data as possible i decided to ask other (even though as human we cannot be 100% objective) so here are my 2 free ftmo free trial and my last 2 week of trading. and a few days ago I toke a 100k free trial, witch is going really well. In these 2 weeks, I got a total of 86 win rates using the new concept I studied is this enough, or do I have to test for more months in demo? submitted by /u/Snoo-84138 to r/Forex |
