How do I find a prop firm to work for? Any personal experiences?

I’m 23, almost 24. I’ve been trading since I was young. I’ve gone through each facet of trading; retail trading, Wyckoff theory, manipulations, so on and so forth. Over the years I’ve come to realize it’s all just a simplification of of the simple truth that all markets auction to find value.

I know that this is what I want to do, I’ve been enamored with “decrypting” what makes a market move. I’ve developed several of my own theories and algorithm ideas. If I can’t do it with help I’ll do it by myself.

All that being said, I have no formal education beyond a year of engineering in college.

Any information on the courting process of working for a prop shop would be amazing. Thanks all.
