- Around White Plains, NY; Valhalla, NY impacting Metro North Hudson Line (6-8 inches)
- Around Union County, NJ (Elizabeth, EWR) impacting the NJ Transit and Amtrak Northeast Corridor (6-8 inches)
- Around Mahwah, NJ; Ramsey, NJ; Spring Valley, NY impacting Port Jervis MNR & Spring Valley MNR (6-8 inches)
- Uptown Manhattan (3-5 inches)
