Having problems understanding Wyckoff Sites

I am a chemist with a limited knowledge of crystallography and I’m having some problems trying to understand what I think are Wykoff sites.

A paper states “X has a single cubic P4³32 structure […] with Mn and Ni ions located at 12d and 4a sites respectively”. I can understand the crystal structure and the symmetry, but i fail to be able to visualize where the ions fall within it.
