Does anyone have a reason for this phenomenon? Do they just hang out around because they are retired and have nothing better to do? I was eavesdropping on the conversation and it sounded like he was waiting and trying to make money too? Saying how he only has $3 and going to go back home after this. Keep in mind he isn’t asking anyone for money or anything, just loitering in front of the station? Why??
