Gates Av or Myrtle Wyckoff

Hey all – 30 m single – been on the apartment hunt heavy lately. I’m at the point where I narrowed down my 2 options and hoping to get some insight before I make things final.

1 – Gates Av J stop – walking distance to the train. Renovated building w/ amenities. Studio apartment. Not too familiar with the area.

2 – Myrtle Wyckoff L/M stop – walking distance to the train. Older building, no amenities. Only 1 w/d for the building of 5/6 units. It’s a 2 bedroom (opposite ends) so I’ll have to find another roommate (don’t have any solid leads) Familiar with the train line.
