Hello, My roommate and I are looking for someone to sublet this beautiful furnished room ( Everything but the Mattress ) in our 4bedroom 2bathroom apartment. We are open for a Short term or a long term stay Me : I am a 23 years old entrepreneur who has been living in the city for a year now. I am really clean, neat and communicative. My Second roommate: He is 20 years old, he is a student in Engineering and a tutor part time. He is barely at home and in his room most of the time. Really chill guy, clean with no dramas. About the Apartment : The apartment is on the fourth floor in a renovated building. A 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Brooklyn Bushwick. The B52 stop is right in front of the Building. The place is 8minutes of walk to the J/Z train station and a 15 minutes walk to the Myrtle Wyckoff L/M train station. The area is safe and quiet with a lot of grocery stores ( Foodtown, FoodBazaar). There is a laundry/ dryers on the first floor and a rooftop with a gorgeous view. The room is 8×13 and will have everything including apart from the Mattress.
