Hello, I am looking for someone to sublet my beautiful fully furnished room in our 4bedroom 2bathroom apartment. I will be out of town for work and family reasons,and I will be subletting my room until May 1st. Me : I am a 23 years old Model who has been living in the city for a year now. I am really clean, neat and communicative. My other roommates : First one on the right of my room : He is 20 years old, he is a student in Engineering and a tutor part time. He is barely at home and in his room most of the time. Really chill guy, clean with no dramas. The second one is 25 years old and works in real estate An amazing guy as well. He is very clean, tidy and friendly ( almost always at work during the Week ) The third one is a really friendly, nice and clean lady in her twenties as well. She makes the place feel like home. About the Apartment : The apartment is on the fourth floor in a new building. A 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Brooklyn Bushwick. The B52 stop is right in front of the Building. The place is 8minutes of walk to the J/Z train station and a 15 minutes walk to the Myrtle Wyckoff L/M train station. The area is safe and quiet with a lot of grocery stores ( Foodtown, FoodBazaar). There is a laundry/ dryers on the first floor and a rooftop with a gorgeous view. Who I am looking for : I am open for any gender, mostly for someone in their 20’s who is clean, neat, friendly, communicative and who will be respectful of the other roommates and the common space.
