Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I’m looking to initiate a lease transfer/takeover ASAP. I live in southern Bushwick off of the Halsey L line and also relatively close to the Myrtle-Wyckoff M line. The apartment is a lovely third floor walk-up with an in-unit washer, dryer and dishwasher. The hardwood floors and brick walls add a great touch. There is also a lovely balcony. Pets are allowed. The area is pretty quiet compared to the rest of Bushwick and the landlord is great. The apartment is available furnished with a full bed, couch, coffee table set, bookcase, clothing bureau or unfurnished, up to you. My lease ends on September 16, 2024 with the option to renew. Rent is $2,900 per month and is going to go up to $3,000 per month Sept. 16, 2024, should you decide to stay.
